General Terms of Contract: "The service includes one pick-up and one delivery stop only. The service does not include vehicles with lifting platforms. The service is provided from 09:00 to 22:00 Monday to Saturday. ADER Taxi comercial guarantees the safety of all goods carried in case of accident by up to €18,000 coverage for all vehicles included in the offer: vans, covered and open lorries. You will be charged 2% on the total amount of the invoice for this. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the following goods are excluded from coverage: live animals; fresh, chilled or frozen meat, fish or shellfish; perishable goods; cash, commercial bank paper, certificates or coupons of securities, banknotes, postage stamps, lottery or pools coupons; jewels and jewelry, precious metals, gemstones, fine metal jewelry, furs; works of art, antiques and collections; telephone, bank and other similar cards, portable computers; commercial samples; used goods (such as removals, shipment of machinery, etc.) goods damaged or returned to sender. The recipient of the goods shall be obliged to examine the goods immediately for damage and complete shipment. No complaint will be accepted without the purchase receipt. For any questions or complaint regarding the service the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts, according to current legislation."
